Shipping Policy

Carol Camp Cookies are hand-made after you order to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.

In most cases, we bake, pack, and ship our cookies in the order received.

Orders typically leave our Springfield, Missouri bakery 2 or 3 business days after receipt.  However, we cannot guarantee the shipping or delivery day for online orders.

All shipping is [Insert Preferred Carrier/Method] unless otherwise noted.  We only ship to locations within the United States, no international orders.

We cannot accept responsibility for a lost or delayed shipment once it leaves our bakery.  Holidays and carrier issues may cause further delays.
